We keep coming back to the same thing. Dig through the software, watch the film, and find the kids who stand out before the rest of the world decides they are supposed to. Not the finished product with twenty offers already sitting in the pocket. The ones with traits. The ones with upside. The ones you look at and think, somebody is going to feel real smart when they get here early.
Jonathan Ogogo
First up is Jonathan Ogogo out of Bowie. Class of 2027. Offensive line. Listed at 6’5, 295. That size alone will get people in the building, but size without power and athleticism is just a big body standing there. Ogogo shows all three. He has the frame, he can move people, and there is an athletic element in there that you do not always see with kids this size. He is very raw. That is not a knock. That is the truth. High upside players usually are. What you are buying with Ogogo is growth, and a lot of it heading into his senior season. Right now he looks like a sure bet at guard. With time, development, and the right coaching, there is a path that says tackle is not completely off the table. Those are the kinds of offensive linemen you want to keep on the board early, before everybody else wakes up.

Seth Chandler
Next is Seth Chandler out of Wise. 6’2, 285. Class of 2027. Defensive line. His physical grade sits at a 90, and his readiness grade is high for a 2027. That combination matters. Strong interior defensive linemen are getting harder to find, and Chandler fits that mold. He can move. He plays with a lower center of gravity. He is the definition of a hidden gem. Does he need work? Absolutely. We would love to see him play with his hands more and use his length better. That is the next step. Even with that, the interior presence is already there, and colleges are noticing. He already has one Division I offer. He will have more. That is not a prediction dressed up to sound nice. That is just where this is headed.

Tank Tyler Wade
Then there is “Tank” Tyler Wade out of Archbishop Carroll. 6’0, 265. Class of 2027. Intriguing is the right word for this one. Wade has a get-off. He is quick off the ball, plays with leverage, and he is strong at the point of attack. He looks more like a three-tech than a true nose, and overall he probably fits best in a four-down structure. That is fine. Not every interior kid has to be the same piece. What Wade shows on film is enough to say this clearly: he needs to go on the board. No doubt. When a kid can win with quickness and leverage at that size, you do not wait around hoping somebody else misses him.

Three different players. Three different roles. Same category. Ogogo brings the size and upside on the offensive line. Chandler brings the interior strength and readiness on the defensive side. Wade brings the get-off and leverage that make you put a name in ink. That is the point of PG Gems. Find them while they are still under the radar. Watch the tape. Follow the names. These are the kids you want remembered before the offers pile up and the secret is gone.
